Our commitment

With most productions shut down, we wanted to update you on what we’re doing here at Wrapbook to ensure the well-being of both our community and clients.

Effective immediately, all of our teams will be working from home remotely. This will allow us to provide you uninterrupted payroll service, while also prioritizing the safety of our community, their families, and the communities in which they live.

Additionally, since we’re currently hiring for various positions, all interviews are conducted remotely.

Banding together

Our industry makes complex ideas and emotions beautiful and relatable. These skills are more important than ever as we collectively manage the evolving scenarios of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The months ahead will undoubtedly be tough for every business, and the film and entertainment industry is no exception. As we collectively respond to this global emergency through month of May we are:

  • Waiving our $249.00 sign-up fee for new clients.
  • Reducing our payroll processing fee for new AND existing clients.

To take advantage of this, please schedule a demo here if you are a new client. Existing clients should email success@wrapbook.com.

We hope this payroll rate reduction will assist, in some small part, mitigating the decreased business that will occur as a result of this unusual time. We are all in this together.

In addition, we advise users who receive wages from Wrapbook to consider switching their payment setting to a direct deposit via ACH. In these challenging times, we want to enable workers to be paid as fast as possible.

From the 1st AD sending out the call sheet to the PA renting a truck to the crafty preparing lunch, our industry has been and will always be about people. We are committed to you and your safety during this time.

Looking ahead

We encourage you to follow CDC guidelines as this situation progresses.

Additionally, we have put together a guide on what to do when your production is canceled due to coronavirus concerns.

If you haven’t already, you can sign up for our newsletter, where we’ll be sharing updates about the coronavirus’s impact on the entertainment industry along with must-have resources.

If you have any questions about your payroll during this time, please contact support@wrapbook.com.
